Senior Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and validate NVIDIA and AMD AI compute hardware using standardized processes.
• Perform functional validation of Compute Trays using dedicated CDU test infrastructure before returning them to production.
• Conduct advanced hardware failure analysis and root cause investigations to improve product reliability and diagnosability.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during coolant leak events to assess hardware and coordinate containment.
• Develop repair procedures, validation processes, and operational standards for new product introductions and future AI platforms.
• Resolve complex hardware issues through the Global Operations Technical Support ticket queue.
• Identify recurring failure trends to recommend improvements for tools, diagnostics, and automated workflows.
• Maintain detailed engineering observation reports and documentation to support manufacturing and quality teams.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Experience with hardware replacement and support is required.
• Proficiency in debugging techniques and troubleshooting is required.
• Experience with hardware stress testing is required.
• Knowledge of OCI Generative AI is required.
• Ability to perform change management is required.
