What you'll do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and validate NVIDIA and AMD AI compute hardware using standardized processes.
Perform functional validation of Compute Trays using dedicated CDU test infrastructure before returning them to production.
Conduct advanced hardware failure analysis and root cause investigations to improve product reliability and diagnosability.
Serve as the primary technical resource for managing and documenting coolant leak events.
Develop repair procedures, validation processes, and operational standards for new product introductions and future platforms.
Provide technical support via a global ticket queue to resolve complex hardware issues and remote troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed engineering observation reports, service records, and knowledge articles to support continuous improvement.
Participate in weekend coverage and on-call rotations to support critical business operations and high-priority events.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
Experience with hardware support and troubleshooting is required.
Proficiency in debugging techniques and repair procedures is required.
Experience with hardware replacement is required.
Knowledge of OCI Generative AI is required.
Ability to perform advanced hardware failure analysis and root cause investigation is required.
