What you'll do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and physically repair NVIDIA and AMD AI compute hardware.
Perform functional validation of Compute Trays using dedicated test infrastructure to ensure production readiness.
Conduct advanced root cause analysis and document engineering observations to improve product reliability.
Serve as the primary technical resource for managing and documenting coolant leak events.
Develop repair procedures, validation processes, and operational standards for new product introductions.
Resolve complex hardware issues through the Global Operations Technical Support ticket queue.
Identify recurring failure trends to recommend improvements for tools, diagnostics, and workflows.
Provide on-call support and weekend coverage for critical business operations and high-priority events.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
Experience with hardware support and troubleshooting is required.
Proficiency in debugging techniques and repair procedures is required.
Experience with hardware replacement and change management is required.
Knowledge of Generative AI technologies is required.
Ability to perform advanced hardware failure analysis and root cause investigation.
Ability to conduct functional validation using dedicated test infrastructure.
