What you'll do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and validate NVIDIA and AMD AI compute hardware using standardized processes.
Execute functional validation of Compute Trays using dedicated CDU test infrastructure to ensure quality standards.
Perform advanced failure analysis and root cause investigations to improve product reliability and diagnosability.
Serve as the primary technical resource during coolant leak events to assess hardware and coordinate containment.
Develop repair procedures, validation processes, and operational standards for new product introductions and future platforms.
Provide technical support via a global ticket queue to resolve complex hardware issues and remote troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed engineering observation reports, service records, and knowledge articles for manufacturing and quality teams.
Identify recurring failure trends to recommend improvements for repair tools, diagnostics, and operational workflows.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Experience in hardware replacement, support, and stress testing is required.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging techniques, and repair procedures is required.
Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) model building is required.
Ability to perform advanced hardware failure analysis and root cause investigation is required.
Capability to provide technical support for complex hardware issues and remote troubleshooting is required.
Ability to participate in weekend coverage and on-call rotations for critical events is required.
