What you'll do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and physically repair NVIDIA and AMD AI compute hardware.
Validate repaired hardware using dedicated CDU test infrastructure to meet production standards.
Perform root cause analysis and document engineering observations to improve hardware reliability.
Serve as the primary technical resource during coolant leak events and emergency containment.
Develop repair procedures and validation processes for new product introductions (NPI).
Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support via the Global Operations ticket queue.
Identify recurring failure trends to improve tools, diagnostics, and operational workflows.
Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage for critical business operations.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing NVIDIA and AMD compute hardware is required.
Proficiency in hardware stress testing and replacement is required.
Skills in debugging techniques and repair procedures are required.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and engineering observation reporting is required.
Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) model building is required.
Experience with change management and technical support ticket systems is required.
