What you'll do

Validate repaired hardware using dedicated CDU test infrastructure to ensure it meets production standards.
Perform advanced root cause analysis and document engineering observations to improve product reliability.
Serve as the primary technical resource for managing coolant leak events and containment activities.
Develop repair procedures, validation processes, and operational standards for new product introductions.
Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support through the global operations ticket queue.
Identify hardware failure trends to recommend improvements for tools, diagnostics, and workflows.
Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage to support critical business operations.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
Experience in hardware support and troubleshooting is required.
