What you'll do

  • Provide technical support to customers on security devices and Cloud deployments.
  • Collect and analyze customer network configurations and packet captures.
  • Recommend corrective actions based on gathered data and technical analysis.
  • Conduct real-time phone or remote access support sessions with customers.
  • Debug and troubleshoot networking issues related to device misconfigurations and L3 routing.
  • Recreate customer issues in a lab environment to debug and verify fixes with the engineering team.
  • Apply networking knowledge across L2, L3, L4, and L7 layers.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience with network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, SSH, TLS, SSL, HTTP, HTTPS, Proxy, VLAN, and Routing.
  • Knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Unix, or Linux.
  • Knowledge of internet security technologies such as firewalls, IPSs, or Mail Security Gateways.
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot networking issues related to device misconfigurations, connectivity, and L3 routing.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (preferred).
  • Industry certifications such as FCNSA, CCNA, or CCIE (preferred).
