As a Senior Engineering Support Specialist, you will join the Systems Engineering team as an engineering lead for Program Protection. What you'll do

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Requires a Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent 4 years of job-related experience.
Requires an additional 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of job-related experience.
Managing modernization technical initiatives by integrating complex technical scope across a team (preferred).
Mentoring engineering leaders across technical and project management topics (preferred).
Engineering leadership, excellent communication skills, cross-discipline knowledge, and design review package generation (preferred).
Success leading the systems development life cycle with proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools (preferred).
