What you'll do

Coordinate a cross-functional team to ensure technical security initiatives across the Strategic Weapons Control portfolio.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Requires a Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related field, or 4 years of job-related experience.
Requires an additional 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of job-related experience.
Experience introducing and managing modernization technical initiatives by integrating complex technical scope across a team (preferred).
Experience mentoring engineering leaders across technical and project management topics (preferred).
Engineering leadership, excellent communication skills, cross-discipline knowledge, and design review package generation (preferred).
Success leading the systems development life cycle with proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools (preferred).
