The Senior Engineering Support Specialist joins the team to support the Nosis and STRMS Programs, focusing on technologies that facilitate training, qualification, and proficiency for defense and intelligence services. In this role, you will perform research, data transfers, troubleshooting, installations, and engineering laboratory functions involving the layout, building, testing, fielding, and repairing of Nosis and Nosis Cloud software, devices, systems, and third-party applications. You will also manage technical activities impacting system design and manufacture for advanced software and cloud services. The role requires expertise in Linux Server Administration, cloud computing, and database operations including maintenance and security patching. Preferred skills include experience with DevOps, containerized workloads, and Infrastructure as Code tools like HashiCorp Terraform, Open Tofu, Ansible, or CloudFormation. You will provide lab, onboard, and distance support using cloud technologies to resolve complex technical issues.

What we're looking for
Must possess a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Requires a Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience plus 2 years of relevant work experience; or a Master's degree.
Must have Linux experience.
Must be able to complete all requirements for DoD 8570 Certification within 6 months.
Subject matter expert in one discipline and proficient in engineering principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Experience with database operations, cloud computing, or containerized workloads (preferred).
Linux certification, DevOps experience, Infrastructure as Code knowledge, or AWS credentials (preferred).
