As a Senior Silicon Engineer on the Data Processing Unit team, you will validate silicon to solve complex problems within a datacenter environment. You will collaborate with the architecture team to develop programmable silicon implementations and own the verification of complex flows at the SOC, subsystem, or IP levels. Your daily responsibilities include developing verification environments, running and debugging simulations, applying random-stimulus and coverage-based techniques, and performing both pre-silicon verification and post-silicon validation. The role requires expertise in UVM/C test benches, Verilog, SystemVerilog, and the UVM methodology. You will also work with networking blocks including Ethernet, TCP/IP, and MAC/PCS. This position focuses on creating a highly programmable and high-performance ASIC designed to efficiently handle large data streams as an alternative to traditional CPU-based solutions for infrastructure performance.
