Senior Silicon Validation Engineer

What you'll do

• Validate industry-leading processors for deep learning, gaming, and high-performance computing.
• Bridge design and implementation knowledge to facilitate chip bring-up and productization.
• Manage the validation of specific chip features.
• Lead the debugging of technical observations on silicon.
• Work cross-functionally with ASIC, software, system, characterization, and ATE teams.
• Drive complex hardware and software issues to closure.
• Evaluate trade-offs between functional, power, and performance criteria.

What we're looking for

• BS or MS in EE, ECE, CS or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of proven experience.
• Good fundamentals in debugging methodologies and strong problem solving skills.
• Exposure to post silicon bringup and validation, and familiarity with production flows.
• Proven track record to work cross functionally and drive issues to closure.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability and desire to work as a standout colleague.
• Prior experience diagnosing complex issues at the intersection of hardware and software (preferred).
• Background with lab equipment like logic analyzers and oscilloscopes (preferred).
