What you'll do

Manage the planning, staffing, and execution of repair-center operations for AI compute platforms.
Oversee repair workflows for Compute Trays, CDU validation, and leak-response activities.
Develop and manage capacity plans, shift coverage, and resource allocation for new site expansions.
Establish operating metrics, reporting structures, and escalation paths to maintain throughput and quality.
Standardize repair-center processes, documentation, and best practices across all global locations.
Translate business requirements into actionable plans for staffing, facility space, power, and tooling.
Lead the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of technical repair-center team members.
Use data and trend analysis to identify risks and improve overall repair performance.
