What you'll do

Manage the planning, staffing, and execution of repair-center operations for AI compute platforms.
Oversee repair workflows for Compute Trays, CDU validation, and leak-response activities.
Develop capacity plans and resource allocations to support both routine demand and surge events.
Establish operating metrics, reporting structures, and escalation paths to maintain throughput and quality.
Standardize repair-center processes, documentation, and best practices across all Oracle locations.
Translate infrastructure requirements into actionable staffing, facility, and tooling plans.
Lead the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of technical repair-center team members.
Use data analysis to identify risks and recommend improvements for repair performance and safety.
