What you'll do

Manage the planning, staffing, and execution of repair-center operations for AI compute platforms.
Oversee capacity planning, shift coverage, and resource allocation to ensure site readiness.
Execute workflows for Compute Tray repairs, CDU validation, and leak-response activities.
Establish operating metrics, reporting systems, and escalation paths to maintain throughput and quality.
Standardize repair-center processes, documentation, and best practices across all Oracle locations.
Translate infrastructure requirements into actionable plans for staffing, facilities, and tooling.
Lead the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of technical repair team members.
Analyze data and trends to identify risks and recommend improvements for repair performance.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
