What you'll do

Direct the implementation of data replication strategies and complex test scenarios like fault-injection to ensure correctness.
Manage operational readiness, including incident management, on-call rotations, and proactive troubleshooting of active components.
Oversee security measures such as encryption, access control, and compliance documentation for multi-tenant environments.
Lead the development of automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage cloud infrastructure and change management.
