Senior Manager, Core Infrastructure Engineering

What you'll do

• Manage the delivery of scalable, high-performance distributed systems across multiple engineering teams.
• Establish scalability requirements and oversee performance testing for hyperscale workloads.
• Guide the design of fault-tolerant, highly available systems using redundancy and replication mechanisms.
• Define and monitor SLOs, KPIs, telemetry, and alerting to ensure system health and reliability.
• Drive proactive troubleshooting, incident management, and on-call coverage across all teams.
• Oversee security controls, encryption, access management, and compliance for multi-tenant environments.
• Oversee Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation for cloud infrastructure and operations.
• Lead performance management, career development, and talent planning for the engineering organization.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience managing teams delivering scalable, resilient distributed systems.
• Experience establishing engineering standards for scalability, performance, SLOs, observability, and fault tolerance.
• Experience driving security, compliance, IaC, automation, and change management.
• Experience managing multiple medium- to large-scale initiatives against timelines, requirements, resources, and budgets.
• Experience leading performance management, coaching, career development, and talent planning.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment with business leaders, stakeholders, customers, and partners.
