What we're looking for
15+ years of engineering leadership experience delivering scalable technology platforms and leading enterprise modernization initiatives.
Expertise in healthcare claims and provider technologies with a proven ability to lead complex portfolios.
Demonstrated executive presence, strategic thinking, and communication skills to influence stakeholders and translate technical strategy into business value.
Experience within healthcare payer organizations, including familiarity with claims processing platforms and regulatory environments (preferred).
Experience driving modernization through cloud transformation, AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and enterprise technology transformation programs (preferred).
Ability to cultivate high-performing, AI-enabled engineering teams using modern development practices (preferred).
