What you'll do

Lead multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide objectives.
Manage several areas with a strategic focus on transactional systems.
Develop and scale multi-department strategies for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation.
Establish guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, traceability, and reuse in automated workflows.
Drive cross-domain reuse and capacity gains using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools.
Provide high-level direction to large teams across multiple platforms and lines of business.
Act as the primary interface with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive consensus on competing objectives.
Manage complex projects and large-scale collaborations across product and technology teams.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
10+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items.
Experience developing and leading large or cross-functional teams of technologists.
Deep expertise across the technology stack including API design, AWS cloud, CI/CD, container orchestration, event streaming, and databases.
Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models and responsible AI risk management.
Mastery of modern delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Hands-on coding experience and extensive practical cloud native experience.
