What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate, and solve complex technical items within a domain of expertise.
Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Experience working in the Payments domain.
Extensive hands-on experience designing and building full stack cloud native distributed systems using Java Spring.
Experience handling large volumes of data with databases like PostgreSQL and Oracle.
Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models and understanding responsible AI risk, controls, and security.
Experience working in a highly regulated environment (preferred).
