As Senior Director Software Engineering within Consumer & Community Banking Operations Technology, you will lead multiple technical domains and manage high-performing teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions. What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate, and solve complex technical items within a domain of expertise.
Proven success delivering complex, multi-team programs at scale and on schedule.
Experience developing or leading large or cross-functional teams of technologists.
Deep expertise in the technology stack including API design, AWS cloud, CI/CD, container orchestration, event streaming, and large-scale databases.
Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models and understanding of responsible AI risk and governance.
Mastery of modern delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Hands-on coding experience and extensive practical cloud native experience; BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).
