Senior Director, Evicore Software Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead software engineering teams in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
• Execute multi-year technology roadmaps that align engineering efforts with business strategy and customer needs.
• Drive the adoption of modern practices including Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture.
• Define and execute an enterprise AI transformation strategy incorporating generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Lead large-scale organizational changes to improve operating models, delivery predictability, and business agility.
• Partner with product and customer experience teams to ensure technology investments enhance the user journey.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects while balancing strategic initiatives with operational priorities and resource allocation.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams by providing coaching and upskilling in modern technologies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree, MBA, or advanced technical degree (preferred).
• Deep expertise in software engineering, enterprise technology delivery, digital product development, and modern technology architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platform engineering, Agile delivery methodologies, DevSecOps, and application modernization.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing leaders, managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams in highly matrixed environments.
• Healthcare, payer, pharmacy benefit management, care management, or regulated industry experience (preferred).
