Senior Director, Processor Strategy and Solutions

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a global strategy for the issuer processor channel to drive commercial growth.
• Create a strategic revenue plan focused on commercializing products through the processor distribution channel.
• Build and manage a team of direct and matrixed reports to execute processor-related initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key global payment processors.
• Influence internal product teams to prioritize features that support the processor distribution ecosystem.
• Develop joint roadmaps with account executives to ensure successful client onboarding and integration.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for all processor-related matters within the commercial payments division.
• Evangelize the importance of processor integrations to internal stakeholders across sales, product, and technology teams.

What we're looking for

• 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; 10 years with an Advanced degree; or 5 years with a PhD.
• 15+ years of relevant product management, business development, and client management experience (preferred).
• Experience in B2B payments and working in the issuer or acquirer processing environment (preferred).
• Expertise in virtual card payments, value-added solutions for corporates, tokenization, and issuer processing platforms (preferred).
• Proven track record as a senior leader with experience building and leading matrixed and direct teams.
• Experience building partnerships and selling payment technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and influence across a distributed global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, manage go-to-market models, and solve problems in ambiguous environments.
