What you'll do

Ship production-ready code and solve complex technical problems as a hands-on "Player-Coach."
Lead and mentor a high-velocity engineering team to adopt AI-native development workflows.
Leverage LLMs and agentic tools to increase software development speed and output quality.
Translate complex architectures into actionable technical specifications and rigorous designs.
Audit and review AI-generated code to ensure it meets world-class standards for security and integrity.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure AI-generated architectures flawlessly match the original product intent.
Design and support technical solutions within Agile cycles to eliminate technical debt and hallucinations.

What we're looking for

At least 9 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering
At least 7 years of people management experience
At least 3 years of experience with cloud-based data platforms (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Master’s Degree (preferred)
10+ years of experience in software engineering or data engineering (preferred)
2+ years of experience with LLM coding assistance tools such as Claude, Windsurf, Copilot or comparable tools (preferred)
3+ years of experience with AWS (preferred)
