Senior Director of Sentinel System Test, Director Programs

What you'll do

• Lead a large cross-discipline team responsible for testing the Sentinel ICBM system.
• Define and integrate test infrastructure requirements for the Sentinel program.
• Ensure successful planning and execution of Developmental Test & Evaluation programs.
• Serve as single point of contact for all test domain issues with USAF customer.
• Provide oversight and management of Integrated Test Facility resources at multiple sites.
• Address changes in test requirements and budgets for various procurement contracts.
• Support day-to-day activities of a large, fast-paced ACAT 1D contractor test program.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or MS with 8+ years of test and evaluation experience
• Experience managing people and profit & loss accountability
• Active DoD Secret clearance within the last 5 years
• Proficiency in Agile development processes and tools
• Leadership in large teams to deliver quality projects on schedule
• Experience in ICBM, missile programs, or BMC2 systems testing
• Effective communication at senior manager level with government counterparts
