What you'll do

Lead the System Test Team for the Sentinel program's complex system integration and evaluation.
Drive safe and effective system-level Developmental Test and Evaluation for the Sentinel Weapon System.
Represent the program with the USAF customer on joint test activities and campaign strategies.
Manage a large, cross-discipline team of directors and professionals across multiple geographic locations.
Define and integrate test infrastructure requirements including facilities, IT systems, and necessary tools.
Oversee management of various test sites including the Roy Innovation Center and Vandenberg Space Force Base.
Manage profit and loss (P&L) performance against program plans and technical quality standards.
Coordinate with government partners to manage shared test campaign resources and range assets.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of engineering experience are required.
A Master’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in test and evaluation are required.
Experience managing people is required.
Experience with Profit & Loss accountability and earned value management is required.
Experience with Agile development, processes, and tools is required.
An active DoD Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the last 5 years is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Preferred experience includes ICBM missile programs, hardware/software integration, and HITL testing.
