Senior Director of Sentinel System Test, Director Programs 2

What you'll do

• Lead a large cross-discipline team responsible for the test and evaluation of the next-generation ICBM system.
• Define and integrate test infrastructure requirements, including facilities, information technology, and critical processes.
• Plan and execute the Developmental Test & Evaluation program and support the Operational Test & Evaluation program.
• Represent the program with the USAF customer on joint test activities and test campaign strategies.
• Manage oversight for Integrated Test Facility resources and risk reduction test facilities across multiple locations.
• Manage test requirements and budgets for Advance Procurement, LRIP, and FRP contracts.
• Account for profit and loss performance, technical quality, and team competency against the program plan.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all test domain and next-generation test community issues.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 10 years of engineering experience or MS degree and 8 years of experience in test and evaluation.
• Experience managing people.
• Experience with Profit & Loss accountability and earned value management.
• Experience in Agile development, processes, and tools.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with an investigation completed within the last 5 years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Experience in Test and Evaluation of ICBMs, missile programs, and/or BMC2 systems (preferred).
• Top Secret clearance (preferred).
