Sentinel Senior Director of Programs

What you'll do

• Drive execution of SEIT scope and accountability for performance.
• Ensure program schedules and plans are integrated horizontally and vertically.
• Execute to the Sentinel EMD Statement of Work for CS systems engineering.
• Manage earned value and risk by tracking development progress against plan.
• Develop customer relationships and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Initiate change management and ensure adoption of innovative efficiencies.

What we're looking for

• Active DoD Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation date within the last 6 years
• Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of progressive engineering experience or Master’s and 8 years’ experience
• Demonstrated program management experience of at least 6 years
• Experience managing people, including leading a team of approximately 100+ engineers
• Strong Systems Engineering skills, including experience in milestone planning and execution
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to brief Program and Customer leadership
• Extensive experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methods
