Senior Director of Programs

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and performance of systems engineering activities across the geographically dispersed Command Systems segment.
• Deliver all contractual requirements on cost and schedule while meeting technical systems engineering requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the CS SEIT team and coordinate across different program segments.
• Drive the development and maturation of systems engineering content using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.
• Coordinate across diverse engineering design teams to manage the technical baseline and product integration.
• Present regular program management reviews and technical briefings to executive leadership and the customer.
• Drive earned value and risk management by utilizing metrics to track progress and resolve critical path challenges.
• Initiate change management processes to ensure the adoption of new analytics, processes, and innovative efficiencies.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of progressive engineering experience, or a Master’s with 8 years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation date within the last 6 years.
• Must be eligible to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances within a reasonable amount of time.
• Must have demonstrated program management experience of 6 years.
• Must have experience managing people.
• Must have demonstrated experience in Control Account Management (CAM).
• Must have experience in milestone planning and execution to completion.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance and Special Program Access (SAP) (preferred).
