What you'll do

Lead the planning and performance of systems engineering activities across the geographically dispersed Command Systems segment.
Deliver all contractual requirements on cost and schedule while meeting technical systems engineering requirements.
Manage day-to-day operations of the SEIT team and coordinate across various segments and product levels.
Drive the development and maturation of systems engineering content using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.
Coordinate across diverse engineering design teams to manage the technical baseline and integrate products for major program events.
Develop, document, and maintain design solutions while managing earned value and risk through performance metrics.
Build customer relationships and deliver executive-level briefings to program leadership and the customer organization.
Initiate change management processes to ensure the adoption of analytics, processes, and innovative efficiencies.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation within the last 6 years.
Must be eligible to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances.
Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of progressive engineering experience, or a Master’s degree with 8 years of experience.
Demonstrated program management experience of at least 6 years.
Experience managing people and leading teams of engineers.
Demonstrated experience in Control Account Management (CAM).
Experience in milestone planning and execution for events such as PDR, CDR, and TRR.
