What you'll do

Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers to power real-time customer experiences.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the entire delivery life-cycle of large-scale products and platforms.
Provide technical insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide high-level technology decisions.
Simplify complex technical concepts to drive informed decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
Own the business and technical vision for large, complex programs while securing commitments on key deliverables.
Establish the foundational practices and standards for the internal technical program management organization.
Drive execution and accountability across different functions and reporting boundaries to land measurable business impact.

What we're looking for

At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
Strong technical background in building scalable platforms, products, or services to identify and mitigate risks.
Experience building and leading a world-class team of technical program managers.
Ability to lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership and simplify complex technical concepts.
9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred).
5+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing/AWS (preferred).
5+ years of experience with Agile delivery and delivering large, complex programs (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering).
