Sentinel Program Manager 3

What you'll do

• Execute the Sentinel program operational rhythm to ensure timely progress across all program phases.
• Lead proposal efforts to develop comprehensive documents that meet organizational standards and customer needs.
• Provide programmatic oversight of project execution in collaboration with multi-disciplinary product team leads.
• Track and report on program performance metrics for cost and schedule using Earned Value Management.
• Establish and monitor progress toward key project milestones in accordance with the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Manage program risks and opportunities by providing status inputs to the risk management system.
• Lead and manage subordinates by providing guidance on goals, objectives, and company policies.
• Brief internal and external customers and program leadership on status, challenges, and alternative courses of action.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 6 years of experience leading a Program/Projects and driving performance against a schedule.
• Experience with the application of Earned Value Management (EVM) in an applicable system.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to brief Segment, Program, and Customer leadership (preferred).
• Experience leading interdisciplinary, major program event efforts on defense or aerospace programs (preferred).
