Senior Critical Environment Technician

What you'll do

• Perform independent troubleshooting and maintenance on complex electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
• Lead onsite incident response teams to resolve abnormal conditions and perform corrective repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance using telemetry, control systems, and other data analytics platforms.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and methods of procedure (MOPs) for critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors to oversee their work and ensure safety compliance.
• Mentor and provide technical training to less experienced technicians on equipment systems and protocols.
• Manage maintenance schedules and track asset data using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Prepare complex reports, including root cause analyses, to document findings and identify trends.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of mission critical services work or applied learning experience in high availability environments.
• 1+ year of experience in a specialized area such as mechanical, electrical, or controls fields.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
• Must provide verification of citizenship with a valid passport for legal requirements.
• Must pass a criminal justice information services (CJIS) background check.
• Associate's Degree or technical trade certification and 7+ years mission-critical experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 10+ years mission-critical experience (preferred).
