Senior Critical Environment Technician

What you'll do

• Perform independent troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for complex electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and methods of procedure (MOPs) for critical infrastructure.
• Lead onsite incident response teams to resolve abnormal conditions and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor facility performance using telemetry and control systems to identify trends and potential issues.
• Manage third-party contractors by providing escort services, overseeing work safety, and verifying quality of work.
• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track assets, work orders, and parts inventory.
• Provide technical mentorship, training, and oversight to less experienced technicians on complex tasks.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations, environmental health standards, and security requirements.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of mission critical services work or applied learning experience in high availability environments.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
• Associate's Degree or technical trade certification (preferred).
• 5+ years mission-critical services experience with an Associate's Degree or trade certification (preferred).
• 7+ years mission-critical services experience with a High School Diploma (preferred).
