What you'll do

Perform independent troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on complex electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
Lead onsite incident response teams to resolve abnormal conditions and perform corrective repairs without supervision.
Monitor equipment performance using telemetry, control systems, and other platforms to identify trends and alarms.
Develop and review technical procedures including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors to oversee site work, ensure safety compliance, and manage schedules.
Mentor and provide technical training to less experienced technicians on equipment systems and troubleshooting processes.
Manage asset data and track maintenance tasks using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Prepare complex reports including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other documentation for infrastructure performance.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
5+ years of mission critical services work experience in high availability environments like data centers or refineries.
1+ year of experience in a specialized field such as mechanical, electrical, or controls.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
Must provide verification of citizenship with a valid passport for government agency compliance.
Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.
Associate's Degree or technical trade certification and 7+ years mission-critical experience (preferred).
High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years mission-critical experience (preferred).
