What you'll do

Operate and maintain critical building systems including UPS, generators, cooling systems, and medium-voltage electrical infrastructure.
Monitor and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning equipment, boilers, pumps, and valves to ensure optimal performance.
Record equipment readings and analyze system operations to identify and correct malfunctions immediately.
Manage work orders through a CMMS and coordinate with vendors to resolve customer-facing tickets.
Follow emergency escalation procedures and respond to site emergencies to protect critical infrastructure.
Maintain safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials while ensuring workplace compliance with safety standards.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a data center or critical facility environment.
Must have demonstrated experience with mission-critical systems including UPS, emergency generators, switchgear, and power distribution.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to document activities and communicate technical information.
Must have working knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders up to 30 feet, and work at heights or on rooftops.
Must be available to work flexible schedules including holidays and respond to site emergencies as needed.
Preferred experience includes using Corrigo, holding a Universal EPA 608 certification, or having NFPA 70E training.
Preferred qualifications include experience with building automation systems (BAS), vendor management, or relevant trade certifications in electrical/mechanical fields.
