What you'll do

Perform independent troubleshooting and maintenance for complex electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
Lead onsite incident response teams to resolve abnormal conditions and perform root-cause analyses.
Monitor equipment performance using telemetry, control systems, and other data analytics platforms.
Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and methods of procedure (MOPs) for critical infrastructure.
Manage third-party vendors by coordinating schedules, overseeing work quality, and ensuring safety compliance.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians on complex systems and tasks.
Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track assets, work orders, and parts inventory.
Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations, hazard assessments, and environmental health standards.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
5+ years mission critical services work experience in high availability environments like data centers or refineries.
1+ year of experience in a specialized field such as mechanical, electrical, or controls.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
Associate's Degree or technical trade certification (preferred).
7+ years mission critical services experience with an Associate's Degree or trade certification (preferred).
10+ years mission critical services experience with a High School Diploma (preferred).
