Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and optimize distributed systems components for high scalability, resiliency, and large-scale data processing.
• Implement fault-tolerant mechanisms including redundancy, replication, automatic failover, circuit breakers, and retries.
• Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage cloud infrastructure and troubleshoot issues.
• Build monitoring tools such as custom dashboards, telemetry systems, and automated alerting for component health.
• Conduct performance testing, load testing, and fault-injection scenarios to ensure system correctness.
• Participate in incident response, perform root cause analysis, and author operational runbooks.
• Apply advanced security controls including encryption and access management in multi-tenant environments.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with industry standards through consistent documentation and change management.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in back-end programming languages is required.
• Experience with infrastructure system maintenance and large infrastructure management is required.
• Skills in software design and development are required.
• Expertise in system reliability, including fault tolerance and high availability, is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
