Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and optimize distributed systems components for high scalability, resiliency, and large-scale data processing.
• Implement fault-tolerant mechanisms including redundancy, replication, automatic failover, circuit breakers, and retries.
• Build monitoring infrastructure such as custom dashboards, telemetry systems, and automated alerting to detect failures.
• Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for troubleshooting, maintenance, and cloud management.
• Conduct performance testing, load testing, and fault-injection scenarios to ensure system correctness.
• Participate in incident response, perform root cause analysis, and author operational runbooks.
• Apply advanced security controls including encryption and access management in multi-tenant environments.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with industry standards and maintain accurate technical documentation.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in distributed systems is required.
• Experience in kernel programming is required.
• Experience in system programming is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
