What you'll do

Design and optimize distributed system components for horizontal and vertical scaling using distributed state management tools.
Build fault-tolerant infrastructure by implementing redundancy, replication, automatic failover, circuit breakers, and retry mechanisms.
Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline troubleshooting and cloud infrastructure management.
Create monitoring systems including custom dashboards, telemetry, and automated alerts to proactively detect system failures.
Perform load testing, fault injection, and brown-out scenarios to ensure system correctness and performance.
Participate in incident response, conduct root cause analyses, and author operational runbooks.
Implement advanced security controls such as encryption and access management for multi-tenant environments.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Java is required.
