What you'll do

Manage operational aspects of NSIC facility projects including renovations, build-outs, and space reconfigurations.
Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, project teams, and external mission partners like NASIC and DCMA.
Coordinate with base civil engineering to ensure SCIF security and mission system requirements are integrated into construction.
Plan and track personnel moves and furniture reconfigurations to minimize mission degradation during facility changes.
Synchronize the installation of IT and digital infrastructure with physical facility project milestones.
Identify and mitigate physical, SCIF, and operational security risks arising from renovations or incidents.
Develop project schedules, monitor budgets, and prepare executive-level status reports for leadership.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives for NSIC projects.

What we're looking for

Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience or a high school diploma with 6 years experience for Level 2.
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience or a high school diploma with 9 years experience for Level 3.
Demonstrated experience overseeing project operations involving facilities, logistics, or operations support in a secure or DoD environment.
Experience serving as a liaison across multiple functional areas like engineering, security, facilities, IT, and operations.
Ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and status reporting using standard office tools.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (preferred).
