What you'll do

Manage operational aspects of ongoing projects while serving as a liaison between project management and line management.
Monitor project budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports for various stakeholders.
Resolve project issues to ensure goals regarding productivity, quality, and client satisfaction are met.
Develop mechanisms to monitor progress and provide intervention for problem-solving with managers and clients.
Track costs, material consumption, replenishments, and interplant shop orders to meet contract terms.
Act as a primary liaison between logistics programs and manufacturing operations to ensure timely repair of government assets.
Provide customized status reports and respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers.
Facilitate self-directed work teams and provide training in core skill areas to peers.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience for Principal level.
A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience for Senior Principal level.
Proficiency with Microsoft system application tools.
Experience and knowledge in manufacturing, production, and program/project management environments.
Ability to work closely with multiple functional organizations including Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Field Operations.
Strong organizational, verbal, written communication, analytical, planning, and presentation skills.
