What you'll do

  • Lead project teams in designing, implementing, and modifying IT projects across multiple functional organizations.
  • Develop integrated execution plans and define roles, responsibilities, and engagement models for matrixed teams.
  • Manage project lifecycles to ensure completion on schedule, within budget, and meeting technical requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and dependencies while developing practical solutions.
  • Prepare and present executive-level status reports, dashboards, and analytics to communicate progress to leadership.
  • Coordinate the delivery of information systems including design, development, security, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Develop business readiness and change management plans involving communication, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Interface with external stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues associated with specific projects.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of project management experience, a Master's with 3+ years, or a PhD with 1+ year.
  • Must possess a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation Program.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
  • Must have U.S. citizenship.
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT projects across multiple functional organizations like business, cyber, engineering, and operations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cost and schedule management.
  • Experience supporting secure/classified environments, cyber governance, or compliance-driven IT programs (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or ITIL are strongly preferred.
