What you'll do

Act as a program integrator bridging the gap between project management and integrated planning for NATO AGS.
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and team operations.
Monitor project performance, generate metrics, and manage risks to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop mechanisms and tools for monitoring project progress and reporting status to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare status reports and presentations for internal meetings and customer engagements.
Perform risk and opportunity management by identifying, mitigating, and realizing potential issues in compliance with requirements.
Manage proposals and lead core teams through the process from request for proposal to contract award.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, a Master's with 3 years, or a Ph.D. with 1 year in project management or related fields.
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Experience in event planning for customer-facing engagement.
STEM degree or MBA (preferred).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar (preferred).
Aerospace/defense industry experience, EVMS knowledge, and international customer experience (preferred).
