What you'll do

Manage project management tasks to oversee, report progress, and drive closure on concurrent NCTA, Capital, and internal projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and progression metrics in collaboration with project owners.
Coordinate across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and quality teams to remove roadblocks impacting execution.
Track performance against budget and schedule while providing accurate forecasting of Estimate at Completion (EAC) and variance explanations.
Identify project risks and develop "return-to-green" plans to ensure goals are met.
Host recurring status reviews to capture updates, risks, and action items for assigned projects.
Create executive-level presentations and communications for site leadership and internal stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between operating units and division leadership to ensure aligned messaging and communication.

What we're looking for

Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for positions requiring government clearance.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience for Principal level.
Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience for Sr. Principal level.
At least 2 years of project or program management experience managing schedules, milestones, deliverables, cost, and risk.
At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications to develop plans, reports, and presentations.
At least 1 year of experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving two or more functional organizations for Principal level.
At least 2 years of experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects for Sr. Principal level.
