What you'll do

Identify, orchestrate, coordinate, and control program management activities for the Integrated Product Team.
Oversee cost and schedule performance for complex technical projects across various systems and technologies.
Develop and maintain the budget baseline using Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and weekly status updates.
Initiate and execute cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines to satisfy contractual requirements.
Support the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity process to proactively address potential project challenges.
Manage Taskable Engineering and proposal development, including writing responses and collaborating with pricing teams.
Lead the execution of Contractual Deliverable (CDRL) commitments to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
Drive action item adjudication collaboratively with the operating unit, enterprise, and customer teams.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related engineering experience, a Master’s with 6 years, or a PhD with 4 years.
Must have Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.
Must have project management experience within the defense industry or similar technical fields.
Must have working knowledge of project management principles.
Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Project.
Must possess an active USG Top Secret clearance with a background investigation within the past 5 years or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
Must be able to obtain and maintain initial and upgraded Special Access Program (SAP) access.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
