What you'll do

  • Serve as a liaison between client program management, technical leads, and functional management.
  • Monitor project status and budgets while managing schedules and preparing regular status reports.
  • Identify project issues and develop resolutions to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Manage risk and opportunity activities including identification, tracking, and mitigation planning.
  • Track and manage meeting action items while maintaining attendance lists and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost and schedule control tools.
  • Manage government-supplied property and information in compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Ensure the team adheres to contract scope and manages changes through formal control board activities.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher granted within the last 6 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree with experience, Master's with , or relevant experience for Principal level.
  • Bachelor’s degree with experience, Master's with , or relevant experience for Sr. Principal level.
  • Demonstrated use of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Experience applying business and financial management principles such as cost account management and forecasting.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting Risk and Opportunity Management and monitoring program plans, cost, and schedule baselines.
  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain functions (preferred).
  • Experience with development, production, or sustainment program lifecycle phases (preferred).
  • Current or prior Cost Account Management Certification or EVM training (preferred).
  • Active Special Access Program (SAP) clearance (preferred).
