Program Manager Site Lead

What you'll do

• Oversee all site operations for the Hopkinton facility across multiple technical disciplines.
• Manage program execution including cost performance, schedule management, and budget tracking.
• Act as the primary interface with customers to develop solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive business development initiatives and proposal support to increase site growth and capture new contracts.
• Lead a diverse team through the full project lifecycle from inception through production.
• Support RF and mechanical design activities including design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Manage a portfolio of contracts ranging from $100K to $8M while ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers to develop technical specifications, SOWs, and tailored solutions.

What we're looking for

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience (9 years for STEM) or a Master's degree and 8 years of experience (7 years for STEM).
• Required experience must include project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management.
• Must have prior experience in the aerospace industry involving design, development, and production of antenna apertures and passive RF components.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Security Clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project is required.
• Experience in business development areas such as proposal management, customer development, new business capture, or strategy is required.
• Must demonstrate leadership experience in managing budgets, cost account management (CAM), and technical performance for programs.
