What you'll do

Manage the production portfolio for VLSAS, SLAM, and SAVO programs including revenue, profit, and cash performance.
Develop and execute strategic plans to scale production capacity and transition munitions to full-rate production.
Lead a cross-functional team by providing direction, mentoring members, and resolving internal issues.
Manage program risks, costs, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure project success.
Coordinate capital expenditure planning for program development and associated financial goals.
Develop and communicate product strategies aligned with the overall business vision and mission.
Lead proposal teams and manage communications regarding opportunities and financial positions to senior leadership.
Maintain relationships with customers and partners while coordinating with internal functional leaders.

What we're looking for

Must have 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of experience with a Master's Degree.
Experience must include supporting U.S. Government or commercial contracts and customers, or project management in other industries.
Demonstrated success leading programs on schedule, at cost, and meeting all requirements.
Proven ability to manage revenue, profit, and cash performance for programs.
Experience managing risk, issues, and opportunities to reduce the severity of program impacts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for positions requiring government clearance.
