What you'll do

Manage an 8-person team of program managers including performance reviews, mentoring, and professional development.
Oversee program execution by ensuring all contractual requirements are met on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Lead the full program lifecycle from initial proposal development through contract closeout.
Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, capture planning, and proposal development.
Manage project resources including workforce planning, budget baselines using Earned Value Management, and risk management.
Negotiate contracts, manage changes, and oversee operating budgets and schedule milestones.
Cultivate customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify future growth opportunities.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet technical objectives and deliver clear presentations to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required for employment.
A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 8 years of experience, are required.
Experience with U.S. Government contracts and customers or project management in the Aerospace Industry is required.
At least 5 years of functional and/or technical leadership experience is required.
Experience leading program tasks on schedule and at cost as a program manager, project lead, IPT, or CAM is required.
Experience building and leading diverse teams including mentoring, coaching, and conflict resolution is required.
Advanced MS Office Suite and MS Project skills are required.
