The Deputy Program Manager 3 joins the Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems team to lead a cross-functional organization in delivering contractual requirements on cost, schedule, and technical performance. What we're looking for
Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to commencement of employment.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, or a Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years of related experience.
Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or a Master of Science in STEM and 7 years of related experience.
Related experience must include professional or military experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management.
At least 3 years of experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving requirements as a project lead, integrated program team, or cost account manager.
Ability to effectively interact with customers, program management, business unit executives, and functional management.
Current applicable Special Access Program (SAP) clearance (preferred).
2 years of experience in profit & loss (P&L) program management on a DoD program (preferred).
Risk and opportunity management experience (preferred).
5 years in program or project management roles (preferred).
Proposal management experience (preferred).
Control Account Manager (CAM) Certification (preferred).
4 or more years of experience as a CAM (preferred).
Long term strategy development experience (preferred).
