What you'll do

  • Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance across all phases from proposal through contract closeout.
  • Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet specific contractual requirements and performance goals.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to develop new business opportunities and ensure high levels of customer intimacy.
  • Develop and manage project baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost control methodologies.
  • Conduct risk and opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation, and realization.
  • Negotiate contracts, contract changes, operating budgets, and key terms with stakeholders.
  • Manage program resources, including workforce planning and the oversight of supplier performance.
  • Create and finalize program Statements of Work while ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry standards.

What we're looking for

  • Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years of related experience.
  • Master's degree and 8 years of experience, or a Master of Science in STEM and 7 years of related experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading tasks on schedule and at cost as a project lead, integrated program team member, or cost account manager.
  • Experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management functions.
  • Preferred qualifications include CAM certification, P&L management, and proposal management experience.
