What you'll do

Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance across all phases from proposal through contract closeout.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet specific contractual requirements and performance goals.
Cultivate customer relationships to develop new business opportunities and ensure high levels of customer intimacy.
Develop and manage project baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost control methodologies.
Conduct risk and opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation, and realization.
Negotiate contracts, contract changes, operating budgets, and key terms with stakeholders.
Manage program resources, including workforce planning and the oversight of supplier performance.
Create and finalize program Statements of Work while ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry standards.

What we're looking for

Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years of related experience.
Master's degree and 8 years of experience, or a Master of Science in STEM and 7 years of related experience.
At least 3 years of experience leading tasks on schedule and at cost as a project lead, integrated program team member, or cost account manager.
Experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, or business management functions.
Preferred qualifications include CAM certification, P&L management, and proposal management experience.
