Program Manager, Quality System Site Engagement

What you'll do

• Manage the cross-site QMS alignment strategy to ensure all facilities meet AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct structured site assessments and maturity evaluations across manufacturing, engineering, and field operations locations.
• Maintain a site risk register to track quality system risks and provide visibility into enterprise health.
• Act as the primary liaison between corporate Quality and site teams to facilitate engagement and resolve systemic issues.
• Lead the rollout of new QMS processes, procedures, and policies across all company sites.
• Coordinate audit schedules and corrective action processes with Internal Audit, Supplier Quality, and Compliance teams.
• Define and report on enterprise quality metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed leadership decisions.
• Establish the governance framework for QMS document control and harmonized process ownership across multiple locations.

What we're looking for

• 8–12 years of experience in quality management or program management within aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
• Deep working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards including multi-site certification and audit experience.
• Proven track record of conducting quality system assessments, gap analyses, and internal audits to create actionable improvement plans.
• Strong program management skills for coordinating cross-functional, multi-site initiatives and risk-based prioritization.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to build credibility with site leaders, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to various company sites.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR.
• Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
