Program Manager III

What you'll do

• Define program scope, create roadmaps, and manage resource allocation and risk mitigation.
• Secure sponsorship from multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution of assigned programs.
• Provide transparent progress reporting and status updates to senior management.
• Establish scalable frameworks including processes and tools for end-to-end program management.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to the Program team leadership.
• Manage complex infrastructure programs at a global scale for AI and GPU portfolios.
• Develop reporting tools, scorecards, and KPI metrics to drive program strategy insights.
• Create dynamic pivot reports and data visualizations to influence stakeholders through data interpretation.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years combined experience in project management, data analysis, and direct business experience within a specialized function.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams.
• Experience building and managing reporting tools such as scorecards and KPI metrics.
• Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint.
• Expert level experience with Excel, including creating dynamic pivot reports and data visualization.
• Ability to influence through data visualization and interpretation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• PMP or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
