The Program Manager 3 joins the Fuzing and Warhead business within the Missile Products Business Unit to manage various programs across their portfolio. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional Integrated Program Teams through every phase of the program life cycle, from initial proposal development and contract negotiation to execution and final closeout. The manager ensures all contractual requirements are met regarding cost, schedule, and technical performance while fostering customer intimacy. What we're looking for
Must possess U.S. Citizenship.
Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years experience (or BS in STEM and 9 years), or Master’s degree and 8 years (or MS in STEM and 7 years) supporting government contracts or project management.
Minimum 10 years of experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost, and meeting all requirements as a project lead, IPT lead, or cost account manager.
Minimum 10 years of demonstrated success leading teams and/or organizations to achieve goals.
Proficiency in pricing, proposals, and managing suppliers.
High level of competency in Project Management skills and toolsets.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
