What you'll do

Lead independent reviews and analyze performance trends across the division to identify necessary corrective actions.
Plan and execute data analytics and visualization projects to monitor and improve program performance.
Develop and implement training programs for program managers across the division.
Lead and participate in division-wide Digital Transformation projects.
Manage the full program lifecycle including proposal development, execution, and contract closeout.
Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
Cultivate customer relationships to identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic planning.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet specific project requirements and milestones.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years, or Master’s Degree and 6 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts or project management.
3 to 5 years of P&L experience leading tasks on schedule and at cost as a project lead or cost account manager.
5 or more years of demonstrated success leading teams or organizations to achieve common goals.
Demonstrated understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Risk and Opportunity Management.
Effective communication, presentation skills, and the ability to establish customer intimacy.
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, PMP Certification, and experience with data analytics or agile projects.
