Northrop Grumman’s Navigation, Targeting & Survivability (NT&S) division seeks a Manager, Programs Level 3 to join the Program Execution team as an experienced leader responsible for overseeing program performance across various phases and business units. This role involves conducting independent reviews, developing corrective action plans, and implementing data analytics projects to enhance monitoring and improvement of program execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in P&L management, EVMS, risk management, and leading teams towards common goals. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, DoD/US government contract experience, data visualization skills, and agile project leadership. This position requires an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, effective communication skills, and demonstrated success in establishing customer intimacy within a complex and diverse program environment.

What you'll do

Lead independent reviews to monitor program performance across the NT&S Division.
Develop and implement corrective action plans for program teams.
Plan data analytics and visualization projects to improve program monitoring.
Assist in training program managers on improving performance and efficiency.
Participate in Division Digital Transformation projects to enhance operations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6 years in U.S. support roles.
At least 3-5 years of P&L experience managing tasks within schedule, cost, and requirements.
Proven leadership in guiding teams to achieve common goals for at least 5 years.
Strong understanding of EVMS and Risk & Opportunity Management.
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
