The Manager Programs 3 joins the Navigation, Targeting & Survivability Program Execution team to support diverse program types across multiple business units. What you'll do

Lead independent reviews and monitor performance trends across the NT&S Division.
Develop and implement corrective action plans with program teams to improve performance.
Plan data analytics and data visualization projects to monitor program health.
Develop and implement training programs for program managers across the Division.
Lead and participate in Division Digital Transformation projects.
Manage the full program life cycle from proposal development through contract closeout.
Direct cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
Conduct thorough risk and opportunity management practices including identification and mitigation.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years, or Master’s and 6 years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and/or project management.
3-5 or more years of P&L experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements.
5 or more years of demonstrated success leading teams or organizations to achieve a common goal.
Demonstrated understanding of EVMS and Risk and Opportunity Management.
Demonstrated experience with establishing customer intimacy and effective communication skills.
Master’s Degree in Engineering, a similar technical field, or Business Administration (preferred).
5+ years of Program Management experience for DoD / US government contracts (preferred).
Data analytics, data visualization, and agile experience (preferred).
PMP Certification (preferred).
Current Top Secret Clearance Primary Level (preferred).
